Background:
When Sonia first reached out to me, she was enduring acute erosive gastritis and debilitating acid reflux, often experiencing burning in her stomach. Her diet had dwindled to a few foods she could tolerate, and after months, almost a year, of discomfort, her quality of life had dramatically declined. An endoscopy confirmed her condition, with developing stomach ulcers and a strict “gastritis diet” limiting her to foods with a pH above 5. Sonia was taking multiple medications and supplements but had not found relief.
