Your client portal account has been created and you now have access to your client portal, private messaging with me, group chat and discussion board, and many other features of your program.
What’s Next?
- CHECK YOUR EMAIL:
- You’ll be receiving FIVE emails from me within the next few moments. These are automatically sent through my client portal (it’s called Practice Better). Be sure to mark my emails safe so my further correspondence doesn’t end up in spam 😉
- #1 – your Invoice and payment receipt
- #2 – Invite to the client portal
- You’ll set up and activate your account (be sure to save your password)
- #3 – Get Started by downloading the app. This email has redirects to download for both Google Play store or the Apple Store
- #4 – Next Steps
- This email has some additional information on getting started and also is a place where you can always access your account. Some clients like to “save and star” this email so they can always find their way back to the portal.
- #5 – the FORMS I will need you to fill out prior to ordering the MRT test kit.

- Set up notifications for the client portal. Once you’re all set with Practice Better, make sure the notifications are ON. That way you’ll know when I message you or if someone else in the group chat might need support!
- BOOKING YOUR PRIVATE CALL: We will need your MRT results prior to our 1:1 call. So be sure to book that out – scheduling a week or 10 DAYS FROM REGISTRATION.
- Please join the Success Sessions (group guidance and office hours) as soon as possible. You are welcome to join both sessions if you’d like but guidance will only be offered at one session a week. You’ll be asked to fill out a Reflections form prior to getting guidance.
- Joining for AT LEAST ONE CALL A WEEK is recommended to get the most progress and feel the most successful. You don’t always have to talk or ask questions. But your presence, support, and one day… your insight is gratefully appreciated.
- Calls for Winter 2025 are on Monday evenings at pm 4 PST and Thursdays at 1:30pm PST
